Draft for owner review · Last updated September 21, 2026

Review before publishing. This page explains the intended request path, but it is not legal advice. Replace every bracketed item and have qualified counsel confirm the verification, appeal, and response process before launch.

What you can request

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may be able to ask what personal information is held about you, receive a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, or appeal a denied request. You may also withdraw consent for future processing when consent is the basis for the activity. Withdrawing consent does not change processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

If you submitted a form

Contact the business whose form you used. That business controls the lead relationship and decides why the information is collected. It can access, correct, or delete a record from its LeadWhistle workspace. If you cannot reach the business, you may contact LeadWhistle using the process below and we will route or support the request as appropriate.

If you consented to unfinished-form follow-up

LeadWhistle may have received only the enabled callback fields covered by the choice you accepted, such as your name, email, or phone. The business can remove that record from its private inbox. The record is scheduled for deletion from the active Lead Inbox after the retention period selected by the business.

LeadWhistle account information

If your request concerns your LeadWhistle account, billing profile, support history, or use of the service, contact LeadWhistle directly at [LeadWhistle privacy contact].

How to make a request

  1. Email the business that collected your information and identify the form or request you used.
  2. If you cannot reach that business, contact [LeadWhistle privacy contact] with the website address, approximate submission time, and the right you want to exercise.
  3. Do not send extra identity documents with the first request. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to locate the record and verify the requester.
  4. We may coordinate with the workspace that controls the lead relationship and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Authorized agents and appeals

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask for proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly. If a request is denied, the response will explain the reason and any available appeal process. Send an appeal to [LeadWhistle privacy contact] with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line.

Marketing choices

A callback or service request is separate from marketing consent. If a business asks for a marketing opt-in, you may decline it without losing access to the requested service unless the business clearly explains another requirement.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

LeadWhistle does not exchange lead contact details for money or use or disclose them for cross-context behavioral advertising. If LeadWhistle's practices change in a way that creates an additional opt-out right, this page and the collection experience must be updated before that practice begins.

No unlawful discrimination

LeadWhistle will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. A connected business remains responsible for its own response and conduct.

Do not send sensitive information

Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in a privacy request email.
